PREPARATION FOR USE

INCLUSION AND USE
1. Connect the power cord to the sterilizer and the socket (Euro standard socket).
2. Place the instrument to be sterilized in a stainless steel bath and close the lid of the sterilizer.
3. Set the required time. Start with the working temperature in a dry heat of 175-180°C for 15 minutes! At this temperature, 100% of microbes and bacteria are killed.
4. Set the required temperature (the sterilizer will turn on).
5. The red indicator shows that the sterilizer has started working.
6. The green indicator shows that the sterilizer has started heating (as soon as it goes out, it means that the sterilizer has reached the required temperature).
7. The red indicator has gone out - the sterilizer has completed its work.
8. Carefully open the lid of the sterilizer and with the help of two rings (supplied), hook the tray by the special lugs and remove it to the previously prepared surface.
9. Wait for the tool to cool completely.

CLEANING

· Carry out periodic cleaning of the equipment.

· Before cleaning, make sure that the device is disconnected from the network (the plug is removed from the outlet) and it has completely cooled down.

· Do not turn on the device immediately after cleaning.

· Only cleaning of the case, lid and inner surface of the container is allowed.

· If liquids or substances get inside the device, do not try to remove them yourself, contact the technical support center and do not use the device until the malfunction is eliminated.

When cleaning the device, do not use solvents, flammable and alcohol-containing liquids, cleaning powders that can scratch the surface of the case or the inner surface of the device.

· Use only mild detergents dissolved in water. As a material, use a damp, soft cloth that does not leave fibers when cleaning (do not use cotton wool or similar cotton swabs).

· At the end of the cleaning procedure, wipe the surfaces with a dry cloth to remove the remaining moisture. Make sure that there are no traces of detergent left on the panels of the device.

· Before any movement of the device, make sure that it is disconnected from the network.

· To avoid the risk of getting a burn, do not touch the lid of the device and the tray during sterilization and immediately after the end of processing the instrument.

· During the processing of the tool, the cover of the device must remain closed.

· Do not cover the device with a towel or other fabrics that can block air recirculation through specially provided slots.

· Do not use plastic or wooden tools in the device. The device is intended for processing only metal tools that can withstand the temperature set by you.

· Disconnect the device from the network at the end of the working day or after the end of operation.
